3. FDA / 503A / 503B
The statements made on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Get Lab Peptides is a chemical supplier. 4. Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept, modify, or refuse any order. We may cancel orders for reasons including pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or suspected prohibited use. When Bank Transfer / Manual Invoice is selected, the order is placed on hold while we review it and send payment instructions. Orders ship only after payment clears.

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can review the order, shipment, and payment record. We may submit order, communication, and shipment evidence to the relevant payment or banking provider when responding to a dispute.
11. Governing law and arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Los Angeles County, California. You and Get Lab Peptides waive the right to participate in a class action.
