How are your products tested?
Every batch is third-party tested by an independent analytical lab. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on each product page and includes HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identification, and endotoxin results.
Are your products for human use?
No. All products are For Research Use Only (RUO) under 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2) and are not for human or animal consumption. See our Research Use Policy for full details.
How should I store my peptides?
Peptides ship lyophilized and are stable at room temperature during transit. On arrival, store as indicated on each product page — typically refrigerated (2–8 °C) or frozen (−20 °C) for long-term stability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept orders by Bank Transfer / Manual Invoice. Submit your order through checkout to reserve inventory; our team will review the order and email payment instructions. Orders ship only after payment clears.
Is my personal information secure?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing support@getlabpeptides.com. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Returns & problems
What is your return policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee). See our Refund Policy for the full process.
My package was damaged, incorrect, or lost — what do I do?
Email support@getlabpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery (for damage or incorrect items) or within 7 days (for “delivered but missing” packages) with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
