Refund Policy

We want every researcher to receive exactly what they ordered in perfect condition. If something is wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by email.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging.

Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unopened with the original tamper-evident seal intact.
  • Product must be in its original manufacturer packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from us before shipping the item back.

How to request a return

Email support@getlabpeptides.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo of the sealed product

An RMA will be issued within 2 business days. RMAs are valid for 7 business days from issue.

Restocking fee

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or shipped in error.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 7 business days of receipt), we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 5 business days to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion — return shipping is on us in these cases.

Non-returnable items

  • Products with broken seals or signs of tampering
  • Opened, reconstituted, or used vials
  • Products received more than 30 days ago
  • Products damaged through improper customer storage or handling
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Custom, clearance, or final-sale items

Order cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by emailing support@getlabpeptides.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a policy violation and may result in account termination and submission of all order evidence to the card network.
